Explain soft skills: Soft skills, in my opinion, are socially-based skills used to bring up ones mood or to help motivate and teach.
I use soft skills in the store with the customers to make them feel comfortable.
I am best with negotiating, and providing services. I know this because those are the skills I tend to use the most.
I need to work on my self-awareness. I can work on it by just paying attention a lot more.

I am not really sure what career I want to have. Something to do with science, computers, or fun labor (construction). If I chose science I'd go for a botany, hordiculturist, or agricultural scientist. Computers I'd either be a programmer, or deal with network administration. I want to do these for the rest of my life because they interest me a great deal. You definitely need decision making skills, problem solving skills, and active listening to be able to succeed.
